The Carlinkit 5.0 (2air) plugs into a car's existing wired CarPlay or Android Auto USB port and converts it to a wireless connection, so a phone can pair automatically without being plugged in each drive. It uses an Atmel AT91SAM9260 processor with a Broadcom BCM8335 Wi-Fi module and dual-band 2.4GHz + 5GHz Wi-Fi for a more stable link, and ships with USB-A and USB-C cables to fit different ports. It works with iPhone (iOS 10 and later) and Android 11 and later phones.
