For most people the honest answer is that you don't need to buy anything new — your USB-C gear already works with iPhone 18. If you're buying one thing, make it the $66 Carlinkit 5.0 to cut the cable on wired CarPlay; on a budget, the $29.99 Binize does the same job. Only add the $116 Lemorele 100W charger if you actually want the 15-minute fast-charge speed and don't already own a 60W-plus adapter. What not to do: don't buy a new adapter expecting iPhone 18 to need one — the port didn't change — and don't assume the little 20W brick from an older iPhone hits the new fast-charge spec; it charges fine, just slower.
