Overview
Swinging a bare controller at a virtual ball never feels quite right. AMVR’s golf club attaches to the Quest 3/3S controller and gives you the length and feel of a real club, which is a noticeable upgrade for a game like Golf+. The bit that matters most is the geometry: it uses an 80-degree angle designed to keep the controller’s tracking signal aligned with the headset throughout the swing, so your shots land where you aimed. It comes in a standard version and an extendable one, and adds protection to keep the controller safe on an enthusiastic swing.
The good
- Gives Golf+ the length and feel of a real club
- 80-degree angle tuned to keep tracking aligned through the swing
- Standard and extendable versions available
- Adds protection for the controller during swings
The trade-offs
- Its custom battery cover isn’t compatible with the Quest 3 rechargeable batteries
- Single-purpose — a golf accessory you’ll detach for other games
- Needs clear room to swing safely

FAQs
What game is this designed for?
It is built for VR golf games like Golf+, giving the controller the length and feel of a real club.
Will my swings track accurately?
AMVR uses an 80-degree angle designed to keep the controller’s tracking signal aligned with the headset throughout the swing.
What’s the difference between the two versions?
The standard club adds a fixed 15.75 inches of reach at $39.99; the extendable version telescopes from 17.7 to 25.6 inches at $42.99, so you can dial in your length.
Can I still use my Quest 3 rechargeable batteries?
No — the golf club’s custom battery cover isn’t compatible with the Quest 3 rechargeable battery covers, so you’ll run the controller on standard batteries while it’s attached.
